We do not directly provide cleaning services, nor do we employ cleaners. All cleaning work is performed by independent contractors who are separate business entities responsible for their own actions, equipment, and insurance.
By using our platform, you acknowledge that Rapid Maid Cleaning LLC:
Acts solely as a scheduling and payment facilitator.
Does not supervise, control, or direct the work of any independent contractor.
Is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from services performed by independent contractors.
2. Use of Services
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
By submitting a booking, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Ensure safe access to the property for cleaning.
Treat independent contractors respectfully.
Pay all fees and charges associated with your booking.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe conditions, misuse of our platform, or inappropriate conduct.
3. Payments and Fees
All payments for cleaning services are processed through Rapid Maid Cleaning LLC’s booking platform on behalf of independent contractors.
By booking, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for:
Service fees,
Cleaning costs, and
Any applicable taxes or surcharges.
Payments are final once services are rendered. Refunds or credits are handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Independent Contractors
All cleaners booked through our platform are independent contractors. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of Rapid Maid Cleaning LLC.
Each contractor:
Controls their own schedule and methods.
Provides their own tools, cleaning products, and equipment.
Is responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws.
May carry their own liability or business insurance.
Rapid Maid Cleaning LLC is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or performance of any contractor.
5. Liability Disclaimer
You understand and agree that:
Rapid Maid Cleaning LLC provides referral and booking services only.
We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of cleaning work performed.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including property damage, theft, or injury, arising from services provided by independent contractors.
If you have a dispute with a contractor, you agree to resolve it directly with them. Rapid Maid may, at its discretion, assist in communication but is not obligated to mediate disputes.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid fees.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeited deposit.
Rapid Maid Cleaning LLC and its contractors reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond control (e.g., weather, illness, equipment failure).
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Misuse or damage the property of any independent contractor.
Attempt to hire or solicit cleaners outside of the Rapid Maid platform.
Post false information or fraudulent bookings.
Engage in unlawful, threatening, or harassing behavior toward contractors or staff.
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension and legal action.
8. Privacy

9. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, logos, and content on our website are property of Rapid Maid Cleaning LLC.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rapid Maid Cleaning LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our platform or the performance of cleaning services by independent contractors.
In no case shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the booking in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rapid Maid Cleaning LLC, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of:
Your use of the platform,
Services performed by contractors, or
Your violation of these Terms.
